This policy describes the intended operation of Miel Automation Hub, a private-use content management and automation application. The service is operated for the owner's own authorized social media accounts.
1. Information the application may access
When a platform integration is enabled and authorized, the application may access the account identifier, profile information, boards or other content destinations, existing content metadata, media, and permissions needed for the requested workflow. It may also process content drafts, images, captions, publishing status, and workflow logs supplied by the operator.
2. How information is used
Information is used to authenticate authorized integrations, organize and prepare content, carry out owner-directed actions such as creating or scheduling posts where permitted, monitor workflow results, and troubleshoot errors. The application is not intended to sell personal information or use connected account data for third-party advertising.
3. Storage and security
Workflow data and credentials may be processed using locally operated automation software and connected service providers required for the workflow. The operator intends to restrict access to authorized accounts and protect credentials. No online service or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
4. Sharing and third-party services
Data may be sent to an integrated platform or service only as needed to perform an authorized workflow. Third-party platforms, such as Pinterest, have their own privacy policies and terms. The application does not intentionally disclose connected account information to unrelated third parties.
5. Retention and deletion
Information is retained only as needed for workflow operations, troubleshooting, and reasonable recordkeeping. The operator can discontinue an integration, remove stored workflow data, and revoke permissions through the connected platform where supported. 6. Your choices
The account owner controls whether to authorize an integration and may revoke access through the relevant platform's account settings. This website itself does not require visitor registration or account login.
7. Changes to this policy
